    Best New Restaurant of 2010 – Knead

    As we mentioned earlier this week… Columbus saw a large addition to the local dining scene in 2010; over 35 new restaurants opened throughout the city. Each year, our readers crown one of them as the best new addition, and this year, that honor goes to Knead.

    Knead opened their doors at 505 N. High Street, across from the Convention Center this summer, and locavores rejoiced. Their map of Ohio (pictured) located on one wall of the restaurant serves as a visual indicator of where the ingredients on your plate originated, and an entire page of their menu is devoted to providing additional information about the farms and farmers that they source from.
