    Best Hidden Gem of 2011: Frank Fetch Park

    If there’s one easily identifiable theme in the results of our “Best Hidden Gem” question in this year’s reader survey, it’s that people love outdoor spaces. Seven of the ten most popular responses were parks, trails and other natural elements of our landscape.

    At the top of the list, for the second year in a row, is Frank Fetch Park, a small but well maintained public park space in German Village. Located just two blocks east of Lindey’s, this park is on a relatively stretch of Beck Street and is primarily used as a tranquil gathering place for neighbors, as well as anyone else savvy enough to know it’s there.
