The Food Truck craze showed no signs of slowing in 2012. If anything, food trucks and food carts have become second nature to many Columbus locals, who find them at food pods, parked outside of popular bars, and at any number of summer festivals large and small.
This year’s crown for the best of the best went to That Food Truck, a scarcely named mobile restaurant that serves up a farm-to-table menu featuring as many local and seasonal ingredients that they can get their hands on. Popular items include the Big Bad Wolf pulled pork sandwich, squash fritters and chicken schnitzel.
