The last time our readers named the Wexner Center as the number one arts and culture institution in Columbus was back in 2013, but it has continued to place neck-and-neck with the Columbus Museum of Arts every year since. And while it might sound odd to have our biggest art museums battling it out as the fan favorite, the true winners are the arts patrons of Columbus (as well as our visitors) who have access to great events, installations and exhibitions at all of the establishments that made the final top 10 list each year.
Some of the biggest attention getters at the Wexner Center this year that gave it the edge included exhibitions with work from Carmen Herrera and Cindy Sherman (the latter of which is still on display through the end of the year). Of course, you can check the Wexner Center website for upcoming events to kick off your 2018.
