For the fourth year in a row, the humble hot dog reigns supreme for diners on a budget. Our readers voted once again this year for Dirty Frank’s Hot Dog Palace as their favorite spot for cheap eats. The most expensive item on the menu at Dirty Frank’s is a whopping $7, with most hot dogs (complete with wild toppings) ranging from $3 to $3.50.

Hot dog fans will be able to double their pleasure in 2014, as a second Dirty Frank’s is planned for opening in Westgate, currently slated for right after the first of the year pending inspections and approvals.
