On March 24th, Columbus Underground will be hosting Best Bites: Pizza — a celebration of the city’s best pizza shops, pizza food trucks, restaurants and more. A limited number of tickets are still available, so be sure to purchase yours online before they’re sold out. To get your tastebuds watering, we’ll be previewing what each of our participating pizza makers will be showcasing at the event:

Goremade Pizza started as a mobile wood fired pizza caterer, out of a life-long passion for the art of amazing pizza. They source local ingredients whenever possible and have a revolving menu based on season and availability. They offer both traditional favorites and unique creations throughout the year. After serving the community for four years, the Columbus based company will open a Brick and Mortar location in Italian Village this spring.

At Best Bites: Pizza, Goremade will be featuring The Annie Social pizza. This pie is topped with bacon, red onion and white truffle oil and cooked in a blazing 900 degree oven in less than two minutes.

Advance tickets to the event are $30, which includes unlimited pizza samples and a cash bar featuring Pacifico Clara beer, in addition to wine and a specialty cocktail. Tickets are officially sold out as of Noon on 3/21. As always, attendees will also be able to cast their vote for their favorite pizza of the night, and the winner will be recognized on Columbus Underground as the Best Pizza of 2016!
