The Bombay Turkey Slider is one of the most popular hors d’oeuvres ever for Petro and her crew, a zingy combination of fresh ground turkey, Southeast Asian seasonings (think Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian flavors), pickled red cabbage, and soy-chili mayo on a toasted sesame roll.
