The Sweet Carrot restaurant is one of the newest Columbus establishments with a heavy focus on barbecue, having opened last Thanksgiving with a menu that features a variety of ways to eat sizable portions of pulled pork and brisket. Of course, the Sweet Carrot food truck predates the brick-and-mortar, which launched way back in 2012. Either way, if you haven’t had the chance to stop by yet to try it out, then there’s no better opportunity than Best Bites Barbecue on June 23rd, where Sweet Carrot will be showcasing their “Cheesy Cow” — a simple dish of brisket topped with bbq sauce on a bed of mac and cheese.
