Michael Jones is the Chief Innovator-Good Food Enterprises. He co-founded Local Matters eight years ago as a response to a food system that is doing very little to make us well. Good Food Enterprises strives to support the “missing middle” sector between the traditional worlds of government, nonprofits and business in addressing food system transformation.
