Amazon’s Treasure Truck Coming to Columbus

Amazon has announced that its Treasure Truck service is coming to Columbus. The service offers a deal on one hand-picked, limited edition item per day via the Amazon.com app, where it can be picked up at a designated product pick-up spot.

The service has been offered since 2015. This is the first time the service will be offered in Columbus, Cincinnati, Charlotte, and Las Vegas.

Treasure Truck features an item per day several times per week. Interested customers can sign up for text alerts to reveal the daily ‘treasure.’ After customers place the order via the app, they can select a pick-up location and timeslot to pick up the item. Customers can pick up items at trucks, vans, and kiosks located in some Whole Foods Market stores.

In the past, customers have been able to purchase exclusive Valentine’s Day bouquets and chocolate, Sony TVs and smart notebooks, among other products.
