    Sunday, October 14, Mums & Mummies in Westgate Park. Costume Contest and Parade for Pets & Kids: PETS starting at 2:15 p.m. & KIDS starting at 2:45 p.m. based on age groups. (Baby’s first, kids in between, family/group costumes, then ending with Best In Show Award.) Sign in at registration table before judging times. More details.

    Friday, October 19 at the Circleville Pumpkin Show. Pet Parade.

    Saturday, October 20 at Open Door Art Studio during Are You Afraid of the Art? Prizes! Costumed entrants will be registered until line up takes place at 6:15 p.m. Winners will be announced at 6:30 p.m. More details.

    Saturday, October 20, Howl-O-Ween Bash & Costume Contest at Bentley’s Pet Stuff in Dublin. Starting at 1 p.m.! Lots of treats (pup and human alike), games, and more with surprise guest judges! Prizes for the top three most creative costumes. More details.

    Sunday, October 21 at Easton, Fenlon Square, for the Halloween Pet Parade and Fall Festival. Costumes will be judged and awards will be given to the best dressed pets. More details.

    Saturday, October 27, 3 – 7 p.m. at Land Grant Brewing Company. Celebrate the Return of Officially Dog-Friendly Patios! Costume contest with prizes. $15 Ticket More details.

    Saturday, October 27, 11am-2pm. BARKERS & BEGGARS. Dress your dogs in their Halloween finest and let them show off in style all along High Street in the Short North Arts District! The Sixth Annual Trick-or-Treat event for dogs is happening the morning of HighBall Halloween. More Details.

    Saturday, October 27, Howl-O-Ween On Haunted High in Worthington. Check in will begin at 12 p.m. at Pet People Worthington where you will receive your map and bag to collect your goodies! The entire route is about a mile in its entirety starting at North and N High Street down to South Street and back! There will be professional photos available for purchase. $20-Dog $25-Dog and humans! If you choose to get your photo taken you will be entered into the online costume contest. More details.

    Saturday, October 27, Pets On Lane Halloween Event at Mutts & Co. in Upper Arlington. Come out to meet adoptable dogs, enter your dog into the costume contest, enjoy giveaways, photo booth and more! More details.

    Sunday, October 28, 2pm – 4:00 p.m. at Schiller Park in German Village. Parade. Registration is from 2 to 2:30 pm. The contest begins at 2:30 pm. Prizes will be given to the 1st place in ten costume categories. More details.
