    Gone is Talita’s somewhat dim, Route 66 truck-stop-diner vibe, and in is a bright and funky folk-art ambience.

    Fiesta Time sports walls painted in various candy-colored tints plus nifty eye-candy booths with blooming flowers depicted in bas relief. There’s also a small bar, tables with hand-painted chairs (showing dancers and roosters and the like), a tiled roof/fake village square and walled artwork like a glossy Virgin of Guadalupe made into an altar with flowers at its base.
