    8 Breweries Offering Beer Delivery in Columbus

    If ever there were a time for Columbus beer delivery, it would be now. The Coronavirus pandemic has left small, local businesses and restaurants scrambling for creative ways to keep operations going amidst a ban on dine-in guests.

    To support breweries’ operations and your sanity, here’s a roundup of local breweries that are delivering the goods right to your doorstep.

    Wolf’s Ridge Brewing

    Wolf’s Ridge is delivering to select zip codes in the Columbus area. The brewery recently started canning – which means more selection for your quarantine happy hour. Choose from a lineup of six-packs as well as a few special bottles.

    Orders are able to be delivered between 4 – 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and between 12 – 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

    Nocterra

    Live within 20 miles of Nocterra in Powell? The brewery is offering free delivery to your doorstep, from Grandview and Dublin to Delaware and New Albany. There’s a three six-pack minimum.

    Imbibers can select a time-frame for next-day day delivery: 10 a.m – 2 p.m. (get the party started early!), 2- 6 p.m. or 6 – 10 p.m. (If you live in Powell, it’s same-day delivery if you order by 3 p.m.)

    Beer-seekers can also go straight to the source (but don’t forget to practice social distancing in line). Nocterra’s taproom is open from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. for sales of six-packs, growlers, gift cards and merchandise.

    Land-Grant Brewing

    There’s two options to get your Land Grant fix: delivery or drive-thru.

    Four six-packs are the minimum for Land-Grant’s next-day beer delivery. The brewery is dropping beer on doorsteps in the Columbus Metropolitan Area during two delivery windows: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. or 2 – 6 p.m. Merchandise, gift cards and anything else in the brewery’s online shop can come along with the beer.

    Can’t wait until the next day? Land-Grant’s Franklinton taproom is offering curbside pickup. Curbside beer can be purchased with or without an online pre-order from 12 – 7 p.m. daily.

    Seventh Son

    Stock up with Seventh Son’s four-item delivery minimum (item being a six-pack, four-pack or single bottle). Beers will appear next-day during delivery windows of 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 4 – 7 p.m. (Note: The brewery is only delivering Monday – Friday so plot what beer you want to order on Monday!)

    Those that need beer ASAP can also head to the Italian Village brewery between 4 – 8 p.m. for carryout. Need a bite to eat? Food trucks will be stationed at the brewery between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4 – 8 p.m.

    BrewDog

    Columbus and the surrounding areas can keep sipping on Elvis Juice. BrewDog is offering free, next-day delivery of its brews.

    It’s a $30 minimum, but up that amount to $50 and there’s an extra six-pack of Elvis Juice in it. The beer fairy will make a visit between 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., except for on Sundays.

    North High Brewing

    North High Brewing will shuttle its inventory of beer to your quarantined doorstep. There’s a four six-pack minimum with Honey Wheat, Cover Crop, Stardust to Stardust, Final Countdown, Five, Rise, and Wired available. Orders are eligible for next-day delivery in the Columbus area.

    Platform Beer Co.

    Thirsty around Downtown? Platform to the rescue. The brewery is offering free delivery Downtown and in surrounding neighborhoods with a $20 order minimum.

    Imbibers can schedule their beer delivery with hours running 2 p.m. – 12 a.m. weekdays and 12 p.m. – 1 a.m. on weekends. Deliveries must be placed by 10 p.m. to ensure same-day delivery.

    Pretentious Barrel House

    Pretentious is prepared to keep you barrel-aged sour sipping. Home delivery service is available all week long, from Sunday to Saturday. Bottles, howlers and growlers are included in the $50 order minimum. Order before noon, and beer appears same day in the greater Columbus area.
