Once again, we’ve compiled a list of all of the development projects that we have been tracking this year. We sorted that list into categories – announcedunder construction, completed and miscellaneous. It was another busy year for construction in and around Columbus, and Downtown once again led the list, with more projects wrapping up there this year than any other neighborhood. Read on below for our list of projects that were completed in 2021.

Downtown

The Crew’s new stadium – Lower.com Field – opened last summer to generally positive reviews.

The AC Hotel Downtown at 517 Park St. also debuted this year. Nearby, a new office building was completed, as well as the final phase of the Parks Edge condominiums.

Another condo project – the Mews, in the Neighborhood Launch development – also wrapped up this year.

A new apartment development called 275 Front is now leasing (the project was formerly known as the Matan).
