After nearly ten years in the Arena District, the Three-Legged Mare, 401 N. Front St., served its last meal at the start of the month. A Facebook Post confirmed the restaurant’s sudden closure and encouraged patrons to move their drinking and dining just down the street to R Bar.

“The ownership group felt that their focus should be on the ever expanding R Bar Arena. We appreciate the great support over the years and have made some great friends. Please visit R Bar Arena to tell us your memories and maybe see a few familiar faces.”

Easton saw the departure of Abuelo’s, 3950 Gramercy St., Limited information on the closure has been available, but both the Easton Town Center website and Abuelo’s website no longer list the location. The Easton restaurant was the chain’s sole location in the state.

Downtown lunch and breakfast joint Mona’s Café closed its doors at 152 E. State St. A note was posted on the door thanking customers for their patronage and announcing “Exciting new restaurant opening soon!” Mona’s opened in April of 2018.
