The Arnold Sports Festival will be postponed, as the pandemic continues to impact in-person events.
Previously set for March, festival organizers announced on their website that the festival had been postponed to later in 2021 with more information coming soon.
The festival was the first major event in Central Ohio to be postponed due to the pandemic last March.
At the time, there was much confusion and concern over the festival, with officials and organizers going back and forth over if the event should be canceled, if spectators could be in attendance, whether athletes from affected countries could participate and more.
Eventually, organizers agreed to hold competitions with athletes and family members in attendance only, and many major portions of the festival were canceled.
