The Apartments at the Yard will consist of three, four-story buildings. The luxury, urban-style apartments will be a mix of one and two-bedroom flats and townhouse apartments.
Private terraces or patios, secured key fob access, choice of ceramic tile or wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and washer/dryers are standard in each of the apartments. All residents will have access to the apartment community’s swimming pool, hot-tub, and grilling area, and will also have exclusive membership benefits at Urban Active. The community will be pet friendly.
The apartments are adjacent to public parking, and many will have attached garages.
