The Urban Living Tour is a curated, self-guided tour of urban living options and opportunities in Downtown Columbus and its surrounding neighborhoods. This year’s tour continues to showcase much of what it means to have an urban lifestyle. Whether you are new to Columbus, looking for a new spot to call home, or simply interested in the rapid urban development happening in our city, the Urban Living Tour is a way to see many unique spots all in one day. With over a dozen stops featuring various residential and mixed-use buildings in different stages of completeness, tour goers will be given an exclusive opportunity to learn more about Columbus’s growing urban living options.

Tickets to the tour can be purchased for $20 online in advance, or $25 at one of the two check-in events the weekend of the tour. On May 6th, Wagenbrenner Development will be hosting a pre-tour party from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Jeffery Park Community Center. Guests who purchase a pre-sale ticket can check-in and pick up their tour materials; those interested in the tour can come get more information and purchase tickets. All are welcome to hang out at the Jeffery Park pool and patio, enjoy complimentary beverages and purchase food from a food truck.

Guests can also check-in on May 7th the day of the tour at the Yard Club tour stop anytime between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. or purchase tour tickets.
