If shopping in a traditional brick and mortar store isn’t your thing, perhaps you’re looking for something more akin to a flea market or craft show. But of course, you don’t want something too traditional… you need a hip flea market or artisan craft show! Say no more, as Columbus is teeming with them.
When we asked our readers and contributors to nominate and select the best of these types of shopping events, they chose the Moonlight Market as the best in the city. After launching in 2013, the Moonlight Market has brought artisans, crafters, makers and entrepreneurs to Gay Street in Downtown Columbus every month during the summer season for the past four years. Now featuring over 100 sidewalk vendors each month, it’s also one of the city’s largest shopping events.
The 2017 will resume (along with the companion event known as the Sunlight Market) in April 2017.
