    Top 10 Costumes from 10 Years of Highball Halloween

    The annual Highball Halloween festival takes place this weekend, and is also celebrating its 10th anniversary after first launching in 2008. Columbus Underground Photographer Matt Ellis has been present at nearly all of the events, capturing the best costumes, musicians, entertainers and runway fashions.
