Final Weekend to Drink & Dine at Till Dynamic Fare

Back in February we learned that both Till Dynamic Fare and it’s sibling Izzy & Mo’s were listed as being for sale, as owners Magdiale Wolmark and Cristin Austin are in the process of relocating to Detroit. While Izzy & Mo’s has already wound down, fans of Till still have a few more days for their final visit.

When Till launched in 2012, it was reborn from the bones of Dragonfly Neo-V, one of the city’s primary destinations for plant-based cuisine (and the restaurant that Wolmark was nominated for James Beard award for), and became known instead for its menu of responsibly-raised biodynamic meats as well.

“I respect and share the same values as the vegan community, that is, I sincerely believe that compassion for animals is essential in our agriculture system, but as a chef I wanted to do something else,” Wolmark told us back in 2012.”When we decided that Dragonfly’s time was up and that we wanted to do something new and expand the menu our goal was to be inclusive. We set out to create a fun, social, accessible spot.”

It could be said that their vision was quickly achieved, as Columbus Underground readers voted Till as the Best New Restaurant of 2012. The original plan for Izzy & Mo’s was supposed to open much sooner, but finally arrived in May of 2015, spending less than a year open prior to the owner’s decision to relocate to Michigan.

Final hours for Till include dinner service Thursday and Friday nights from 5pm to 10pm, and a late night farewell party on Saturday starting at 10pm, which will feature local DJs and drinks.
