Three Sheets Coming this Summer to The Brewery District

The name means exactly what you think. And if you’re going to name a bar after a heightened sense of inebriation, it better be a dive bar. And Three Sheets Bar will be just that.

The project of Novak’s alumnus, Jenny Adams, and Melissa Adams and Bryan Kilpatrick, Three Sheets hopes to bring some low brow class to the eclectic neighborhood, offering craft beers, bar games, and a limited menu.

“It’s going to be a dive bar, in the true sense of the word,” shares Kilpatrick. “It’s pretty calm on this side of town, so we want to bring some excitement. We’re going to do what we know and like.”

The joint, which will be able to hold about 200 guests at a time, will be decorated with old school beer signs and feature a jukebox and darts in the downstairs space, a drink rail on the patio in lieu of seating, and two pool tables and a full bar upstairs.

The kitchen will serve a menu of about 10 bar-friendly items, like burgers and wings. The bar will offer customers their choice of craft beer or specialty cocktail.

The goal is to open Three Sheets Bar for Red, White & Boom this July. If not, they will open shortly after that. Three Sheets Bar is located at 560 South High Street, most recent home to T. Murray’s Bar & Kitchen.

Three Sheets Bar does not yet have a website or facebook account. Stay tuned.
