Multiple food events over the past week have caused a blur of activity on the local food blogs. The latest Foodcast episode features an interview with the founders of the Columbus-based Donatos pizza chain. CMH Gourmand has posted a review of the Night of 1000 Tacos event that took place on Friday. Columbus Foodie has posted up loads of Restaurant Week reviews to establishments including The Worthington Inn, Cafe Corner, The Top Steakhouse, Katzinger’s, Pistachia Vera, Banana Bean Cafe (part one and part two), Black Creek Bistro, Milo’s Deli, and G. Michael’s Bistro. The Itinerant Foodies gave us another take on The Top Steakhouse and Cafe Corner. And last but not least, Hungrywoolf has posted up a great indepth look at her recent Cincinnati roadtrip, which includes everything from Terry’s Turf Club to a stop at Jungle Jim’s.

Hey Walker! I can’t believe you missed all of the Restaurant Week postings on http://www.dishingitup-columbus.blogspot.com! And I still have to post on the meals we had on Saturday and Sunday. You’ll find reviews and pictures of Deepwood, Pistacia Vera, The Burgundy Room, The Clarmont and the Banana Bean Cafe. Yet to come is Mezzo, and return trips to Banana Bean and Pistacia Vera. Hope you and your readers take a moment to check us out!
Thanks! -Jean Collier
Thanks for the reminder! I just actually re-discovered your blog last week and forgot to add it to my reader for updates. ;) Just did, and I won’t forget about you next time! :D
Thanks Walker! I do appreciate it! After all the wonderful meals we had during Restaurant Week, I sure didn’t want everyone to miss the reviews! Now I need to get busy and finish Saturday and Sunday. :-)
