One of the most interesting food blog posts of the week was the detailed look at pig slaughtering by Hounds in the Kitchen (warning: not for the squeamish): “How We Slaughtered a Pig“.

Taco Trucks Columbus posted up a review of Taqueria Guadalupe and are hosting their Taco Truck Tour 2010 event today from 4pm to 7pm. Alt Eats Columbus has a review of Taste of Bali located on Bethel Road. Bitchin’ in the Kitchen with Rosie has a great in-depth look at Auddino’s Bakery. CMH Gourmand posted up a pictorial look at Denise’s Ice Cream in Clintonville. And last but not least, Scottie’s Restaurant Blog posted up a review of the Brown Bag Deli.
