This Week in Food: Holiday 2010 Edition

By: Walker

You’re likely to be stuffed full of holiday dinners, cookies and other treats by the time this week is over… but until then, we’ve got a variety of temptations to share. You’ve got one week left to make a trip down to Yosick’s in German Village before they close their doors, and two weeks left to hit Bierberg Bakery before they close for the season. If you need other food-related gift ideas, we’ve got a large gift-giving guide posted up, and Bethia Woolf has another posted here. CMH Gourmand took a trip northward this week to the Blue Frost Cupcake shop in Worthington.

If you’re looking for dinner options this week, we’ve got a running list of restaurants that will be open on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You could also make it a point to visit one of the lesser known restaurants that people are buzzing about and give them your patronage during the holiday season. Cheers!

  • We would love to see people over the holidays with family or friends.
If you drop in let us know if you are on CU or if you follow us on twitter @TheClarmont.  We are thinking about doing some social media specials in the new year and would like to know how to best reach people.

Happy Holidays and safe travels for those on the road.
