The New Ohio Union Opens on March 29th

On Monday, March 29th, The Ohio State University will open their newly built Ohio Union to the public. The 12:00pm opening take place following an 11:00am reception on the Union grounds.

    Me too. What an incredible oasis for the university population, not to mention the newly renovated library as well. Both were welcomed reprieves when I was in undergrad there, but kind of dreary. Now, well, I’m nearly speechless. I’m really impressed.

    I’m disappointed that I won’t be able to make it down for this … and because of nothing more than a meeting, too. Them’s the breaks. I’ll have to come hunt for my sponsored brick at some less auspicious occasion.

    I’m pretty excited.  There are going to be instructional kitchens! that can be rented for teaching cooking classes!!
