Now that the first apartment building at Neighborhood Launch is finally complete, attention is being turned one block west to the future site of The Neilston, an near mirror-image of the five-story 130-unit Normandy apartment building.

“We’re hoping to start construction in March or April,” said Kim Ulle, President at Eclipse Real Estate Group, a division of The Edwards Companies, developer of Neighborhood Launch. “We need to see how we continue to do with leasing at The Normandy, but plans are almost finalized for The Neilston to move forward.”

A currently empty lot located across Long Street will be used for construction staging for The Neilston, but later is slated to see the addition of a two-story building on Long Street with parking in back.
