The Le Meridien Columbus The Joseph hotel has delayed its opening by a few days, but the hotel’s restaurant is still on track for launch today. The Guild House is the 12th local concept developed Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, and the company’s third restaurant located in the Short North.
“During the past 22 years, we’ve introduced several new restaurants in Columbus and across the US,” said CMR Founder and President Cameron Mitchell. “Continuing to provide guests exceptional experiences is important to our company and this concept is in a truly unique location – a combination that Columbus hasn’t had the opportunity to be familiar with until now.”
The Guild House is being described as artisan American eatery that offers a full menu across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Executive Chef John Paul Iacobucci has developed a seasonal-focused menu with signature items that include pork cheeks, scallops, tuna ribbons and seasonal doughnuts.
The 6,000 square foot restaurant and bar can seats over 140 guests, and will also offer room service to hotel guests. The restaurant is located at 624 North High Street and will serve breakfast from 6am to 11am (beginning on January 21st), lunch from 11am to 4pm, dinner service after 4pm.
