The Avenue Steak Tavern Coming to Dublin in 2017

The Avenue Steak Tavern in Grandview Heights has only been open for one short month, but the concept has already been deemed successful enough to warrant expansion. Developer Crawford Hoying announced today that the newest Cameron Mitchell Restaurant concept will be expanding to the Bridge Park Development in Dublin next year.

“The Avenue will be a great addition to Bridge Park, perfectly complementing our neighborhood vision with a restaurant by one of the most award winning restaurateurs in the region,” said Crawford Hoying Principal Brent Crawford. “We are looking forward to The Avenue’s opening and are confident the restaurant will thrive in this one-of-a-kind destination for many years to come.”

The new location will measure 5,187 square feet, nearly identical in size to Grandview’s 4,850 square foot restaurant. The Avenue will be positioned on the south end of Bridge Park, adjacent to a public plaza area with a planned opening timeframe of Spring 2017.

“Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is proud and excited to be part of the Bridge Park development and the transformation that is happening in Dublin,” said , CMR President David Miller.

The Avenue is the third retail tenant announced at Bridge Park, following The RAM Restaurant & Brewery and Mesh Fitness. Additional tenants are expected to be announced in the coming weeks as the first phase of development moves toward a Fall 2016 completion deadline, which will include 382 apartments, 42 condos, over 260,000 square feet of retail and office space, and two 850-space parking garages.
