Located just south of Columbus’s central business district, the Brewery District has a history stretching nearly 200 years. At the height of its success, five breweries were located in the area. After Prohibition, the district declined, becoming home to some industry and warehouses. In recent years, redevelopment has brought numerous restaurants, bars, and even a grocery store to the area.
