Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Makes Ohio Debut This Spring

Bridge Park will welcome another tenant this spring, when Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea opens its first Central Ohio location on the corner of Bridge Park Avenue and Longshore Street. The Michigan-based coffee house will be the first of its kind at Bridge Park and joins other restaurant openings including Z Cucina and Fado Irish Pub.

“The Dublin community has long awaited the arrival of a coffee shop to Bridge Park,” said Brent Crawford, Crawford Hoying President, in a press release. “With their local feel and friendly atmosphere, Sweetwaters makes for the perfect addition to Bridge Park.”

Sweetwaters carries a variety of coffees, teas and desserts, as well as lighter fare like yogurt parfaits, quiches, sandwiches and salads. Ice cream-based drinks, real fruit smoothies, and daily-made whipped cream will be found there as well.

The shop will occupy 1,768 square feet of space and will offer an additional 440 square feet for outdoor dining.

“The walkable environment and neighborhood feel at Bridge Park are exactly what we’ve been searching for,” said Alice McKeever, Sweetwaters owner, in the press release. “Our goal is to be more than just your local coffeehouse — we want to be a place that brings the community together.”
