Some of the most common complaints that we receive from businesses involve unauthorized phone charges. Businesses have been telling us that charges for web hosting services, advertising services, and many other things have appeared on their bills without their permission.

If you see anything like this, please report it to our office. We have been able to recover funds for victims and may take action against those who break the law.

I know that phone scams using third party services are particularly rampant right now, especially in the restaurant industry. Is your office handling any of these sorts of scams?
