Studio Movie Grill Offers New Dining Option for The Arena District
Dinner and a movie is one of the most revered traditions in American history. Every year, consumers spend millions to indulge in foods and worlds outside their every day, and the folks behind Studio Movie Grill Arena Grand not only understand this practice, they perpetuate it.
“Even to this day, the number one thing to do on a Friday or Saturday night is dinner and a movie,”states Michael Yohman, General Manager at Studio Movie Grill Arena Grand. “That’s about three hours of their lives people won’t get back. We want to make that the best three hours possible.”
The concept is so simple it’s surprising it took this long to catch on. Studio Movie Grill essentially combines the drive-in experience with traditional theater-going in a clever and efficient way. Movie-goers find their seats and press a button located on the arm for service, which is prompt and quiet.
Studio Movie Grill offers a full menu of appetizers, salads, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and entrées. Edamame, Crab Cakes, Wings and Theater Popcorn are just some of the snacks diners can order to share. The menu contains several theater staples, but also larger plates patrons may not expect to find at the movies.
Like a Tenderloin Cobb Salad with house-made parmesan ranch dressing, Smoked Ribs served with crispy fries and a refreshing jicama slaw, the Megaplex Burger, with applewood bacon, mushrooms, pepper jack, and piquillo ketchup, and a Thin Crust Chicken, Artichokes, and Mushroom Pizza that uses garlic béchamel sauce instead of marinara as its base.
There’s even dessert. Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cookies, Cheesecake, Milkshakes, and a decadent Brownie Sundae are among the sweet treats that can be ordered to round out the meal. Dinner items cost anywhere from $4 to $16,but there’s a 2 for $25 combo menu, featuring one appetizer to share and two entrées, available to help create the perfect date night.
The Studio Movie Grill Arena Grand also has a full bar. Wine, beer, and hand-crafted cocktails can be served with any meal. There are daily drink and food specials available, as well a kid’s menu featuring Mini Cheeseburgers, Cheese Quesadillas, and Pasta ‘n’ Meatballs.
The Studio Movie Grill officially opens for business on Tuesday, January 14th. For a look at their menu, or to make reservations, visit www.studiomoviegrill.com.
