Classes will be flowing vinyasa taught in the heated, candlelit inferno to music ranging from Pink Floyd to Justin Timberlake. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome and the teaching staff operates on the mentality that everyone who attends should be free to make it their own practice.

“We want to give everyone permission to move and do what feels good,” says Babamovski.

Babamovski is now passionate about her own practice but remembers the intimidation she felt when her sister first introduced her to yoga more than ten years ago. Suszkiw will teach classes has and always been involved in sports and fitness. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and trained with such yoga legends as Tara Stiles. Both sisters are excited to share their experience and enthusiasm with every client.

In addition to the physical and mental health benefits of the practice, the ladies at Studio 543 want it to be a place where people can socialize and relax. The studio’s check-in area serves as a lounge with an atmosphere inspired by Studio 54 and night clubs of the 80’s and 90’s owned by their father. Modern esthetics mixed with vintage pieces creates the perfect balance of chic, retro zen.

The studio is also complete with two showers and complimentary toiletries. Suszkiw and Babamovski did not over look any detail, right down to the bowl of frozen grapes set out to enjoy after a sweat session in the inferno! Whether you’re turning to yoga for a good workout or simply an excuse to disconnect from life for an hour, the team at Studio 543 will not disappoint!

Studio 543 – Yoga Inferno opens at 543 South High Street on July 21. The studio will offer morning, evening and weekend classes.
