The new building will include 82 new for-sale condominium units that range from 1,600 square feet to 2,600 square feet, and will feature a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. Pricing will start at $465,000 and will top out at over $1 million for customized units. The building features an atrium with a social room, a fitness center, a conference room, and 24-hour concierge service. Residents will also have access to the adjacent 327-space parking garage that features a rooftop pool and hot tub.

Phase one of Parks Edge is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2017, which includes 69 for-sale condos. Pending approval by the Downtown Commission, phase two will begin construction in Early 2017 with an expected completion sometime in 2018.

A third phase is expect just east of the parking garage, facing McFerson Commons. According to the information released today, the timing and plans for that phase have yet to be determined.
