    Schottenstein Real Estate Recognized as 2012 Developer of the Year

    The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio has recognized the Schottenstein Real Estate Group (SREG) as their 2012 Developer of the Year. SREG has won the award twice before in 2006 and 2010.

    “We are so honored to be named a three time winner of such a prestigious award,” said SREG Vice President Brian Schottenstein. “It is because of our great employees putting in all of their individual efforts to reach our company goals as one team. This is also for all of our wonderful residents, who we like to refer to as family.”

    Newer Central Ohio developments from SREG include the Hilliard Grand and Hilliard Summit totaling 525 apartment units and $51 million in construction. The company has also built three condo communities and 500 households totaling over $100 million in sales in recent years.
