Two weeks ago we were able to check in on the construction progress of the Le Méridien Columbus: The Joseph hotel that is going skyward in The Short North this summer. Today we’re able to show off what the finished project will look like with some exclusive renderings of the interiors of the hotel rooms.
“There was a great deal of desire to capture the chic and timeless look that has become synonymous with Le Meridien Hotels across the globe, while staying true to the foundation the Columbus Community, specifically The Short North, has been built upon,” explains Jason Mack, General Manager at Le Méridien Columbus, The Joseph. “The end result is a product as unique and eccentric as the community in which it resides.”
In addition to standard guest rooms, The Joseph will also feature two Spa Suites, which will provide a personal private spa treatment experience on the fourth floor overlooking High Street.
“Following their desired services including massage, nail, hair treatments, amongst others, the guest will be encouraged to utilize the room for a 45 minute period to enjoy in room dining, a steam shower, or period of solitude before departing,” said Mack.
The hotel is slated for a January 2015 opening.
