After tripling its space by moving across Schrock Road into a former Big Bear, Raisin Rack has become a major provider of organically prepared foods, both for eating in and taking out.
The large seating area is already ringed by a sushi bar, a deli counter, a juice bar, a pastry case, a soup-andsandwich kitchen and a salad bar.
Raisin Rack will also begin a Sunday brunch on March 4, serving from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Grilled chicken, organic salads, organic crustless quiches and other organic breakfast ingredients will be featured. Also available: a healthfulsounding series of bagels, along with organic coffee.
