Photos: Columbus Microbrew Festival 2012

By: Walker

The seventh annual North Market Columbus Microbrew Festival kicked off yesterday evening to great fanfare. Thousands of beer drinkers descended upon the shuttered section of Spruce Street to sample offerings from fifteen different Ohio breweries. This year marked the first time the festival has taken place outdoors, and if the large crowd is any indication, the move was necessary to accomodate this many attendees.

The North Market’s Columbus Microbrew Festival continues today from Noon to 8pm, and tomorrow (Sunday) from Noon to 5pm. More information about the festival can be found HERE.

Below are photos from last night’s event:

  • I think it’s time I start going to this and skipping the BeerFest which after the last one at LC seems to have turned from, come try good beer and learn some things to, just get wasted.
