    The 19th Annual Asian Festival is taking place this Memorial Day Weekend. The main festival took place in Franklin Park on Saturday and Sunday, with the Dragon Boat Race concluding today in Genoa Park from 8am to 2pm. The festival promotes cultural diversity and strives to build a vibrant, prosperous and healthy community.
