I don't see any information on your website about real estate investing or rehab of old properties or any projects in our area. We need more homeowners in Highland West so I hope that is your intention. Renters have little or no interest in building a community, and because of the currently run down condition of the area, most of the renters we get are not desirable types. Please work with the Highland West Neighbors Association(HWNA.NET) and/or The Greater Hilltop Area Commission(THEGHAC.NET). These are our representatives and can help you decide how to best serve the Hilltop area.
