Omega Artisan Baking

A new bakery is opening in the North Market in August. Amy Lozier is fulfilling a life-long dream with her new bakery Omega Artisan Baking. It will be opening in the high-traffic southwest corner of the North Market where Cameron Mitchell had its baking company.

She will have baguettes, focaccia, wholegrain loaves, desserts including lemon cake and chocolate stout cake. Also, she will do special order hors d’oeuvres and on Friday the special will be traditional challah.

Will this one be able to survive? Only if people support her!
