NRI has released more information on the latest phase of their Grandview Yard development. Renderings show a three-story office building similar in style to the existing offices that front Goodale Boulevard. The two-story restaurant space, which will hold a Hofbrauhaus, will feature a large outdoor beer garden.

Construction of the office building, which was designed by m + a architects, is anticipated to wrap up in spring of 2015, while the goal for the restaurant is fall of 2014. 360 Architects designed the two-story, 505-space parking deck, which is set for a fall 2014 opening as well.

In addition to the three buildings, the plan calls for two new roads; Rail Street will run parallel to the railroad tracks and Baldwin Drive will be extended to the east across Yard Street.

NRI presented the $25 million project to the Grandview Planning Commission on Wednesday.

Tina Guegolt of NRI said that the L-shaped parcel at the corner of Goodale and Yard Street will be developed at a later date, and no plans have been finalized for that site. She also confirmed that the new Giant Eagle on Third Avenue, which is currently under construction and serves as the northern bookend for the Grandview Yard development, is on track to open by summer 2014.
