2012 will be another busy year at Easton Town Center with the arrival of a few new stores, as well as some renovated spaces. In addition to a few new national chains, Easton continues to add locally grown merchants into the retail mix.

“At Easton we strive to offer a strong mix of local, regional and national tenants as it is aligned with our customer preferences,” says Beau Arnason, Executive Vice President Steiner & Associates, the co-developer and property manager of Easton Town Center. “Changes and additions like these demonstrate our goal to stay fresh and at the forefront of the market.

Flip Side is a new upscale burger concept from Hudson, Ohio. This new restaurant will feature grass-fed Ohio beef, alcohol-infused milkshakes and a comfortable, upscale dining environment. Flip Side doesn’t have an opening date set yet, but they will be moving in across from Life Time Fitness, next to Banana Republic.

Sephora and Michael Kors will both be opening stores in the northern end of the town center. The former is a leading perfume and cosmetics retailer, and the latter specializes in apparel and accessories. Both are scheduled to open sometime this summer.

Local retailer HOMAGE is opening a new store at Easton this spring to compliment their original Short North location.

Originally planned as a holiday pop-up shop, Celebrate Local continues to operate at Easton. This store sells a variety of locally made products from over 185 local small businesses, artists, farmers and artisans.

Additionally, Brio Tuscan Grille is renovating their patio space to allow for enclosed year-round patio dining with windows and doors that will open up during warmer summer months. The renovations will be complete in mid-April.

Also, Arden B., a women’s fashion store is being temporarily housed on the second floor inside the mall next to Bar Louie. This summer it will relocate into a newly renovated space next door to New York & Company on the north side of the Town Center.
