    New Outlet Mall will Break Ground This Month

    The first of several outlet malls planned for the region will officially break ground later this month. Known as Tanger Outlets Columbus, the new 350,000 square foot retail center will be located just off the Route 36/37 exit from Interstate 71 in Delaware County, in Berkshire Township.

    Steven Tanger, President and CEO of Tanger Outlets will be joined by local community leaders and development officials for a ground breaking event on June 25th. Once completed, the center will feature over 80 brand name outlet stores and is expected to provide over 900 full and part time jobs.

    Tanger Outlets Columbus is expected to open in 2016.
