I like Chipotle burritos and all, but I think they’d have a lot of potential success partnering with a more local/independent burrito supplier.

If they would deliver CuCo’s burritos to my door, I’d use their service once a week. :D

Never mind. I understand that this is probably due to copy right issues and what not. But in theory doesn’t this have the potential to bring more business to Chipotle?

Maybe they would be better approaching the downtown business community and arranging to deliver from the various restaurants?

As in delivery is too expensive or a SN store version is?

I think it has good promise. I tend to avoid the Bexley one like the swine flu around the lunch rush when the line is out the door, or near it. Given some of the other locations it’ll be a good concept capitalizing on those willing to shell out for convenience.

Great business idea. Here’s a better one for someone with some capital. Open a Chipotle in the Short North instead of another overpriced art or clothes store that will be out of business in 6 months and laugh all the way to the bank.

These locations are all near busy (especially at lunch) Chipotles. Line at the one on Polaris was out the door today. Chipotle Friday!

We ran some #’s today and there is the potential for pretty good bucks here if they can bunch orders together. I believe those campus delivery places charge $1.50 – $2. So, I don’t know, $5 for a $7 meal seems about the most a single order could take. And group orders cost the same to deliver as a small order so I don’t know if you could charge much more than $5 min delivery charge.

Is it too much to ask that at least one place like this place or Café Courier deliver to the Hilltop ? Sure we will drive this shit all the way to Tuttle and Lewis Center/Polaris or
Reynoldsburg. But screw the Hilltop !?!?!?
