Amazing! Great video and great band. I may be behind the times but I have never heard of The Receiver and will be looking into more works by them, and not just because they filmed in Columbus.

Not sure about their influences, but I immediately thought of Death Cab. Are they just a 2-piece band?
Very nice video. Nice to see such talent in the local scene. Looks like the video is doing quite well on YouTube since being put up a few days ago. 1500 views. 4 1/2 stars and 70 positive comments, some from Norway!
If this doesn’t win the DiscoverOhioFilm video contest, it will speak volumes of the quality of content in the state.
This Receiver video is awesome. Zach and I were watching it and we both were like, “is that NAT??”
Nat is a great local musician. He plays bass with Wing and Tusk and formerly with Pirate.
The Receiver have been around for a few years. Casey and I became friends through the school or music when I first moved to Columbus. It’s great to see their second album coming to fruition.
Not the type of music I normally listen to but still a cool song and video.
Yay Receiver, and great job by everyone at Vital Film Works! Just for the record, Nat has never actually stolen anything (unless you count my heart…)
