Mikey’s Late Night Slice Expands Downtown to Park Street

Columbus is a town of spirited and successful entrepreneurs who all share a simple philosophy: do it well, and they will love you for it. Since 2009, Mikey’s Late Night Slice has been doing it very well, cranking out some of the city’s most beloved pies and slices… as well as some of the most dangerous ones. And we’ve loved them for all of it.

What began as a simple shack has now blossomed into six locations – the original in the Short North, with offsprings in Grandview, Clintonville, The Commons, the LC Pavilion,  and most recently, Park Street Complex, now under management by The Woodlands crew.

Mikey’s has taken over the kitchens and service areas at The Saloon and Park Street Patio, offering hungry patrons the four standard pies that fans have come to crave (Cheese, Mushroom, Plain-Ass Pepperoni, and Spicy-Ass Pepperoni), as well as Chicken Wings and Strippers in seven sauces, Tater Tots and Mac & Cheese Nuggets.

Their hours will coincide with those of the Complex: Wednesday through Saturday from 5pm to 2:30am. They will also provide street service from the Patio side, serving customers on a walk-up basis. The hours for this are not as strict, as Mikey and the guys are ready to serve untill someone says stop.

“Ever since our relationship with the Woodlands crew began a couple years ago, it’s always been strong,” shares Mikey Sorboro, owner of LNS. “They approached us when they were in the exploratory phase of the deal, and wanted us in. We worked out a deal, and here we are. We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Park Street area.”

Look for Mikey’s to debut some novel ideas this Spring, including an eclectic serving booth, complete with neon sign, that will become a part of Park Street Patio’s layout. For more on Mikey’s Late Night Slice’s menu and locations, visit www.latenightslice.com.
