Update: Lomonico’s Closes Pickerington Location, Downtown Restaurant Reopens on Monday

UPDATE (3:00PM) – A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that the Downtown location was closed permanently, when it is only closed temporarily.

After launching in Pickerington in late 2013, Lomonico’s has closed its doors at 1506 Stonecreek Drive. Equipment from the Pickerington location is being moved to Lomonico’s Downtown restaurant at 340 E. Gay St., which is temporarily closed until the move is complete.

Owner Craig Lomonico explained that the equipment relocation contributed to some confusion about the Downtown location’s status. Additionally, the restaurant was listed for sale earlier this week for $199,000 with the reason for selling listed as “owners have other jobs, not enough time to build this business”.

The Downtown Lomonico’s will reopen for business on Monday, February 13th.
