LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria Expanding from Cincinnati to Dublin

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s Cincinnati-to-Columbus restaurant expansion news, another business has announced plans to enter the Central Ohio market. LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria will be franchising their way into Dublin’s Avery Square shopping center sometime this year.

The 60-year-old pizza chain currently has 64 location, primarily in the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. Brandon Salamone, who also operates multiple location J. Gumbo’s franchises,  will also operate the new location store through a franchise agreement.

“While Columbus is now my home, I was born and raised in Cincinnati,” says Salamone. “When you’re a kid in Cincinnati, LaRosa’s is as much a part of your life as the Reds and Bengals. I drive my friends and neighbors in Columbus crazy talking about how good LaRosa’s pizza is. I’m just so excited to be a part of bringing LaRosa’s to Central Ohio.”

In addition to dine-in and delivery pizza, LaRosa’s offers calzones, hoagies, pasta, appetizers, salads and desserts as well as a beer and wine menu. The Avery Square location will occupy a space recently vacated by CiCi’s Pizza, which will be able to seat up to 140 guests with an extra party room for large groups and a patio.
